INTERMOVE is a project funded under the Erasmus+ programme (KA2 Strategic Partnerships) and coordinated by INCOMA. It aimed at tackling two of the barriers related to European mobility, such as cross-cultural issues or foreign language knowledge. This became a reality through the development and implementation of a new training pathway targeting participants on mobility projects and contemplating the Intercomprehension of French, English, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish as a tool to follow an intercultural preparation. The INTERMOVE Model encompasses the Learning Programme and a Repository of Open Resources, Capacity Building activities and Pilot testing with trainees to teste the model, and the recognition of the INTERMOVE label awarded to those organisations implementing the system in the future.
