InterMobil (Intercultural competence training for SMEs hosting European mobilities – 2014-1-UK-KA1202-001630) created a more favourable environment for youth exchanges and mobility programmes in the field of VET and Labour Market placement, though the development of efficient intercultural training, the removal of obstacles to successful youth mobility and the strengthening of the position of intercultural competences in EU youth mobility programmes. The InterMobil project addressed different actors involved in EU-mobilities, with a special focus on organisations hosting mobilities, intermediaries facilitating EU mobilities and EU-mobilities sending organisations
