Professional skills’ development for recognition and validation of informal and non-formal competences learning of migrants and refugees & labour market inclusion. REC intends to develop an exchange of good practice and the development of a transnational EU coherent professional specialisation for professional counsellors, educators, cultural mediators and trainers working with migrants and refugees and other disadvantaged groups. The main goal of the project is to provide – through the exchange and cooperation – a set of competences for VET operators in the recognition and validation of informal and non-formal competences and learning, which in the case of migrant-refugees can help include them faster and better in further VET or in the labour market.
