MentoraSTEAM aims to develop highly skilled migrant women’s self-efficacy, confidence and soft skills in the STEAM sector in order to boost employability. Its methodology will focus on the development of the MentoraSTEAM Policy Framework Guide (O1) and MentoraSTEAM Employability Booster (O2).
