INCHIPE addressed the needs of two partner countries (Chile and Peru) for a systemic and organised internationalisation of Higher Education Institutions. The overall objective of the project was to increase the capacities of both partner countries’ Higher Education Institutions for international cooperation and thus to contribute to better international networking, enhancement & better exploitation of their potentials in Teaching & Learning & Research. Its action encompassed the strengthening of strategic capacities, material and human infrastructures in the 4 Higher Education Institutions in Latin American countries as a model for the development and modernisation of the institutional management of internationalisation in such countries.
