From the start of my professional career, I have been determined to help others. This includes to the day a wide range of people from various nationalities, backgrounds and experiences, which has led me to learn how to interact and interpret the needs of different groups.
As a professional of education and training I have been able to merge my areas of knowledge, Psychology and Education, using both to design trainings and facilitate information in the most useful ways. The key to a successful learning process is to understand and actively participate in it, but to do so the training must resonate with you at a certain level. From my point of view, that is the most important part of a trainer’s job: to adapt the training to the needs of the trainees, and that’s what I aim to do.
I believe education is one of the most useful tools we have to effectively change the world and though it we may achieve respect, empathy and understanding of others, all of them values which would improve society in a global way.
