INCOMA is a training and research centre based in Seville (Spain) with extensive know-how and experience in the development and coordination of international cooperation projects mainly funded within the framework of EU programmes, especially in the field of education, training and research.

Our activity is especially devoted to the development of social innovation projects, with special focus on training targeting groups at risk or with special difficulties to enter to enter the labour market, namely young people, women and migrants

INCOMA is an active member of international networks such as the Anna Lindh Euro-Mediterranean Foundation for the Dialogue between Cultures, EFVET (European Forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training), EVBB (European Association of Institutes for Vocational Training), the WINGS network for female entrepreneurship and the INTERMOVE network.

Intermobility was born from the Mobility Department of INCOMA- International Consulting and Mobility Agency SL – that has been working on mobility projects for young Europeans since 2003. Intermobility is supported by both the know-how of professionals with almost 20 years of experience in dealing with mobility projects and the lifeblood of new members that work together and ensure a perfect balance.
