ACTION ERASMUS-EDU-2024-POL-EXP-SCHOOL
GATE (GreenComp Assessment for Transformative Education) aims to integrate sustainability competences into European schools, redefining innovation in education through the GreenComp framework. The project focuses on five key areas: developing a School Self-Evaluation Framework to enhance sustainability practices, a Capacity-Building Training Programme to equip educators and policymakers, pilot projects to test its effectiveness, a Sustainable School Certification to recognize committed institutions, and a policy forum to drive systemic change. By embedding sustainability into education, GATE empowers students, teachers, and policymakers to contribute to a greener, fairer world.
