Under the current scenario of the European reception system of refugees, RE.INCLUSION developed innovative methodologies and tools to enable European practitioners, who carry out services for the social and economic inclusion of asylum seekers, to work effectively with them. More specifically, the project aimed at defining the competence profile of the practitioner working with refugees, seeking the recognition of skills acquired in formal, non-formal and informal contexts in connection with ECVET principles. RE.INCLUSION also included the creation of an OER, the design and experimentation of two training courses and the production of Guidelines for the inclusion of refugees that will represent the common term of reference to standardise the methodologies and techniques of social and work inclusion of refugees.
