Professional skills’ development for recognition and validation of informal and nonforma lcompetences learning of migrants and refugees & labour market inclusion
REC supported an exchange of good practices and developed a transnational EU coherent professional specialisation for professional counsellors, educators, cultural mediators and trainers working with migrants and refugees and other disadvantaged groups. Its main goal was to provide – through the exchange and cooperation – a set of competences for VET operators in the recognition and validation of informal and non-formal competences and learning, which in the case of migrant-refugees can help include them faster and better in further VET or in the labour market.
