Description
The YouthPioneer project supports young NEETs in developing key skills to enhance their employability and integration into the labour market. Through project design training, hands-on learning, and mentorship, participants gain competencies in entrepreneurship, communication, and problem-solving. They will also showcase their ideas at a Job and Innovation Forum. By collaborating with businesses and key stakeholders, YouthPioneer promotes social inclusion and creates sustainable employment opportunities for young people.
