Chiara Maffioli
International educational projects technician
I have a five-year degree in applied English and Spanish and Business studies. After my graduation I spent a few months in Sydney, Australia, Later on, I applied for a Leonardo da Vinci grant in Spain, where soon I discovered It was my place to be. I believe that the deep knowledge of several languages -I had previously studied German for five years in high school- my empathy and my strong belief in the European values make me a good asset for this company. In addition, In the last few years I trained in Non-Violent Communication (by the American psychologist Marshall Rosenberg), and also trained myself to be a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher, job that I also carry out, when I am not involved in Erasmus projects. At INCOMA I am in charge of managing the outgoing Mobilities, more specifically I am involved in the preparation and mentoring of the Erasmus+ participants before, during and after their experience, and I am also in contact with their schools during the Mobility periods.
