Mobility Officer

Hello! I’m Rita, from Palermo! 

My background is characterized by a multifaceted and cross-disciplinary approach, with experiences spanning various sectors. I began my professional journey in the world of theater, where I accumulated over a decade of experience as an actress and also had the opportunity to teach theater to young people. This allowed me to develop a deep connection with them and to refine my communication and creative skills.

Later on, I specialized as a Travel Designer, combining my passion for travel with a technical approach to itinerary planning. My interest in international mobility emerged during my work as a Group Leader at Uniser, a cooperative in Bologna.

Today, at Incoma, I work as a Mobility Projects Technician for Erasmus, firmly believing that Erasmus experiences not only broaden horizons but also have a transformative impact on young people’s lives.
