International Mobility Project Manager

For more than 10 years now I am lucky to combine my two professions: international educational science and developing educational workshops. I am an expert in the management of international work experiences for different target groups like VET Students, teachers or young people with special needs through a variety of European funding programs. My background of Educational Science and Continuing Education with a special focus on social inclusion and and interculturality gives me the resources to develop high quality international mobility experience, and to continuously expand our transnational network. Alongside I am an expert in social work methods and strategies especially in the intercultural context. I offer a great understanding and empathy of the diversity in our society and an eager heart for the inclusion of deprived groups. Ensuring that everyone has access to international experiences and can appreciate the value of cultural diversity is a key motivation.
