Innovation and Research Project Officer

Selene Pavan is a researcher and trainer at INCOMA’s Innovation & Research Department. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences for Globalisation, a Master’s Degree in International Solidarity Action and Social Inclusion and a Master’s Degree in Needs, Rights and International Development Cooperation for Children. She previously worked in Vocational Training Mobility Programmes. Before that, she worked in the third sector, with almost 10 years of experience in the management of social inclusion and integration projects aimed at the immigrant population, both in Italy and Spain. She was also involved in an international cooperation project in Kenya (education). Apart from Italian (native speaker), she speaks Spanish, English and French.
