Have you ever wondered how we make mobility opportunities accessible for everyone?

We NEET EU

At INCOMA, we make it possible through our inclusive solutions, tailored to offer mobility experiences at local companies that meet the needs of everyone.

One of the key inclusion projects we collaborate on with our sending partner IFOA, is We NEET EU – Reintegrating the NEETs through Mobility, within the ALMA framework. This project is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to develop professional skills across various fields and thrive in a multicultural environment.

This year, the Incoming department of Intermobility welcomed 16 participants, aged 19 to 29, classified as NEETs—young people who are not engaged in work, study, or training. These participants face challenges in accessing employment or education due to individual or structural barriers such as long-term unemployment, lack of educational qualifications or vocational skills, migrant backgrounds, or belonging to vulnerable groups, among other factors that hinder their social and labour inclusion.

Prior to their journey, participants underwent personalized pre-departure training, equipping them with valuable skills for their experience abroad. They also had online interviews with our team and were matched with companies based on their skills and competencies.

Once in Seville, they got to know their internship placements, mentors, and colleagues. While there were some initial nerves, these quickly turned into excitement. In addition to gaining valuable work experience, many participants have also experienced significant personal growth and are integrated within the city of Sevilla and it´s culture.

At this moment, some participants have already completed their two-month internships held during the summer months. The participants that stay for 4 months, are now in their final weeks, while the last group, who arrived just two weeks ago, will remain in Seville until just before Christmas.

At Intermobility, we are proud to be part of the development of these participants, hosting and mentoring them throughout this valuable experience abroad.

Meet the JeS Project!

The JeS Project (Joint Stories: Journeys from Fear to Fair) addresses the social responsibility of the higher education institutions to promote human rights and the awareness of the urgent European challenges of trafficking in humans, forced labour, undocumented migrants and the need for fair trade policies by giving space in their curricula to the voices of those individuals within the EU whose stories are often not included in the main social narrative and who often suffer silently. https://youtu.be/8GsoOs_baIc?si=JEYyKRMe77vAGdyz The consortium is composed by organisations from Finland, Spain, Belgium, Italy, and Slovenia. Each partner is an expert related to the fields of the project, and they are collaborating to provide the best results possible to the stakeholders and future beneficiaries. Follow us and stay tuned!
