SMART (Supporting dynamic Matching for Regional development – 2012-1-ES1-LEO05-49395) was an LdV-TOI project that addressed the skills mismatch between VET offer and labour market demand, especially in the tourism sector. Its main goal was to create a model to identify the real training needs in different professional sectors, and to adapt the existing training offer to that identified needs, improving the employability of the users of that tools, using online personalised training paths. This innovative learning system was designed and implemented to better match educational offer and labour market needs in Spain (Andalusia). www.smart-project.org
