ACTION Erasmus+ Policy Experimentation
GENDIA is a European policy experimentation project designed to address the digital and gender divide among women aged 55+ with low digital competences.
-The project establishes an innovative intervention model combining digital skills development with confidence-building strategies to overcome technological anxiety
-Aligned with the DigComp 3.0 framework, GENDIA features a digital self-assessment tool, 10 modular micro-courses based on everyday life scenarios, and an AI-assisted guidance system
-The model will be piloted through four structured intervention packages across community settings in six countries, training over 145 educators and directly engaging 200–300 women
-Its core objective is to generate empirical evidence to support scalable, inclusive public policies in adult education
